Making a Difference
The Rainbow legacy is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before, and we are very proud of the progress we continue to make. Below are some of our most recent projects. Learn more about what we do, who we help, and how we work every day to create a lasting impact.
Gender class
Transforming Lives
We see every challenge as an opportunity, in the community gender roles are set to the sex of a person at birth, and inequality is an ongoing issue, so The Rainbow legacy coaches both groups in the power of their gender, importance and rights.

We ensure that those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in. We provide hampers for our girls with reusable sanitary products, knickers, and toiletries when we teach them about periods, self-care and hygiene. We are also going to be teaching the women and girls how to make their own reusable sanitary towels.
Education
Empowering Others
The Rainbow legacy is dedicated to giving the opportunity of education to any one who wants it.
Our Community Outreach program provides a much-needed tutoring programme that can prevent early marriage from as young as 12 years of age.
We also provide English classes to the community, English is not well spoken and most people in the village have no English language, this is difficult with English being the official language. Lend a helping hand and join our efforts today.
Sports
Bringing together community and fun
We love our sports! Sport is so important to building relationships within the community, a sense of belonging, fun, supports the health and well-being of those involved and a sense of achievement!
That's why we provide sports equipment, football coaching, and play to the village.
